Jenny has spent over 20 years in the Pittsburgh Real Estate industry and worked in each of the integral fields that comprise a Real Estate transaction as a whole- Mortgage Origination/ Financing, Licensed Real Estate Agent, New Construction Management, and where she has spent the bulk of her career… Title & Closing- becoming an expert in the field as a Licensed Title Agent in PA and NJ, handling Closing Services and Title Insurance for residential, commercial and investment transactions all over the Pittsburgh Market and reaching throughout Pennsylvania.

Jenny launched The Property Closers in June of 2018 and chose her title as Company Leader over other head titles, because she strives to serve those around her (her team and its customer and client base) and to act as an example of high standards of ethics, integrity, customer service and human connection throughout. Her goal is to bring compassion and a level of class to the Closing Experience.

Jenny is passionate about being a Mom first and foremost, and also passionate about Real Estate, her hometown of Pittsburgh and her neighborhood of Mt Lebanon.

Marlo Arnold

Lender Liaison \ Residential and Commercial Processor

Marlo Arnold joined our team in September of 2019 with over 20 yrs of experience in the industry. We knew the value she had to bring after running the daily operations of a title company on her own, so we pursued her for a year until we got her!

Marlo’s 20 years of expertise is diversified, which broadens her ability to serve our clients, home buyers and sellers in each transaction. She started out in wholesale lending in Chicago IL, then migrated to a residential Loan Officer giving her a great understanding for what a customer needs when obtaining financing for their home. She has handled mortgage processing for many years as well, so the back end of the mortgage industry is not foreign to her either. Marlo understands the demands of the lender and how to collaborate with them efficiently, as she has worked in that arena for more than half of her time in the real estate industry. Home buyers and Investors can count on her to guide them smoothly through to the end.

In the title industry, she has both processed and acted as a closing agent, so she fully understands the documents that are being created, finalized at the closing table and recorded in the courts to make ownership official. She has seen it all from start to finish.

Marlo describes herself as a hometown city girl! She is married with a teenage son and her rescue dog, and will flash you maybe the prettiest smile you’ve ever seen. We’re just hoping she doesn’t leave us to move to Florida…she’s got a sweater and that heater going in her office year round!

Joseph Fidler

Hero Of The Day \ Attorney

Joe has been with The Property Closers since its inception. Joe is a Pennsylvania and New Jersey licensed title agent authorized to underwrite through Commonwealth Land Title Company. He is also a licensed attorney representing lender’s for the past 18 years in the areas of litigation, residential and commercial bankruptcy matters, foreclosure, creditor’s rights and real estate law. Joe is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the United States Bankruptcy Court’s for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

Joe graduated from West Virginia University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2001. He loves Metallica, completing Spartan races and his family.

Karen Phillips

Karen has a smile and genuine friendliness that can be heard through the phone. She always has you at hello!

She is eager to sincerely help each person that calls The Property Closers. We know that buying a home or property for your business can be stressful, with lots of moving parts and at times urgency. We also know that you need your call and your questions answered quickly.

Karen has an uncanny ability to evaluate the need, urgency and appropriate avenue to help. She is calm and cheerful and empathetic, which makes her the absolute perfect person to offer a first impression to our customers when they call.

When she’s not here impressing the socks off of everyone who rings our phone, she enjoys peaceful gardening (where she can rest her voice), spending time with friends and family and shopping. We are so lucky to have her on our team!
